ivy-debian-helper software package provides Helper tools for building Debian packages with Ivy, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ivy-debian-helper
ivy-debian-helper is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ivy-debian-helper package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ivy-debian-helper *
You will get with ivy-debian-helper package name, version, architecture and description in a table
